Ian? He's an easily pleased sort of fella. The problem with that? It makes for some awkward loving; lo and behold, before he knew it, he was water—yes, water. And he hasn't been able to get himself somewhere without causing a little ruckus here and there. Your character? Maybe they just poured themselves a glass. Maybe they're walking through the store and found him ~~tsk, tsk, he's disaster prone for slipping lately, it seems.~~ Maybe you were in your apartments, chillin', and suddenly there's a drip from the ceiling. Whatever your sad little mind can imagine where your character interacts with water? Go for it. Otherwise, you could just spot a reasonably-sized mass of 'rain water' literally moving on it's own outside.
